“Hands down, Best protein shakes on the island. Honestly can’t be compared, only thing that comes close is smoothie king and the closest one is in Manhattan. Salad so fresh it doesn’t even need dressing, once you start chomping down you’ll forget to put dressing on it. Great selection of supplements, best brands on the market are found here. Let’s not forget the snacks. If you like protein bars then you know how hard it is to find ones that are healthy and actually tasty. You don’t have to worry about that here, I’ve yet to eat a protein bar from this place and put it down. Lastly, the European coffee they use is top brand in Europe. There isn’t a coffee shop in Europe without that emblem (illy) in their windows. Great place, great service, great people, great food, great coffee, great shakes, and great products. What else do you want“

“A great stop while we were out on our Lectric ebikes today. Grabbed a couple hero’s and headed to the park next door to enjoy lunch. I had the Italian hero and it was delicious-I’ll definitely be back.“

“TJ’s hero is a go to sandwhich shop in the area. I live local and have never had a bad experience at TJ’s. The staff is very friendly and efficient in getting you in and out. The food is top notch and never disappointed. Absolutely love getting the breakfast sandwiches as well. Best quick breakfast and are very cheesy. 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a good sandwhich and they just extended their hours as well!“

“Italiano Pizza & Food Co. is not only super accessible due to the parking in back area for a quick pick up but it is a clean and easy to navigate space! I recently ordered a grandma chicken pie to go and stopped at Standard Rec for a Peaches and Herb while I waited ??anywho, I enjoyed my drink and picked up the pizza to go and it was AMAZING! I don’t know how to describe it but my family was also so happy and my brother (he’s very picky!) loved it! I am adding a pic and you should go there and try it! I would recommend Italiano for sure. “

“Amazing pizza, crisp crust, fine sauce, the freshest of mozzarella, quality ingredients all around. Staff is always friendly (especially Minas) and greet their regulars by name. Clean and bright. Great place to have a quick lunch but not enough seating for a larger crowd. Highly recommend!“

“This place ROCKS.

My GF and I are trying to keep our glucose in check and we seek out salad places (and have experienced MANY) and this has been by far our best experience. I had the Supreme Chef's salad and my GF had the Whole Food salad. I don't know what other people are talking about but everything including the dressing was included. You could add extras but we chose not to. Our total was in the $40 neighborhood but the portion size is excellent (my GF didn't finish).

Annalise (sp?) was a kind, thoughtful, engaging worker behind the counter and an absolute pleasure to be served by.

The ambiance of the environment is plain and small, so I marked them down one notch on the in-store experience but I didn't care at all because the salad was so good.

Five star experience --- Highly recommend, especially if you have any other salad-place experiences.
