“This place just keeps getting better and better. We originally got hooked by the Banana/blueberry chia pudding bowl. ( I can't stop eating them) In the past month we have been out about 8 times. ? Now I am hooked on the wraps and salad bowls oh! and the smoothies are Soo good! This place has it all. Now the reason I chose to write this review was not just about the incredible food but because of the manager. I get out a lot and I have never ever watched a manager that takes such pride in her job. You would think she owns the place. Every single time we have gone she has been there smiles and all. It is so refreshing to see people with such pride. This last time the place slowed down for a moment and she came over and asked us how we were. Her name is Daniela and headquarters really should know she is a keeper! She truly loves that place and really knows how to run it. Like I said it was nice to see. ❤️ While writing this we have decided we are going back today!!!Thank you so much!Jimmy Gonzalez“
“came in on a whim and asked for whatever they're most proud of. got me a "johnny a" that didn't disappoint! huge grinder I couldn't finish (and I didn't have breakfast!) moist chicken cutlet, prosciutto, fresh mozz and a killer balsamic glaze. As Arnie would say..... I'll be back!“
“===== RATING: A ===== and the Mystry is solved! The hidden South Asian gem right in the heart of New Haven is no other than Mystry Indian Kitchen. We came within the first couple of months of it opening and now it's become my new favorite Indian restaurant in New Haven, topping other New Haven household names like House of Naan, Sherkaan, and Zaroka's. === [FOOD: 9/10] === The garlic and garlic cheese naans are BOMB. The cheese is gooey and pairs perfectly with any of their curries. Their dosa is HUGE. Samosas are super tasty: the right amount of crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside. Portions are perfect and everything comes out piping hot! Mango lassi is sweet and not too yogurt-y. Only thing I don't love is that the chutneys are very watered down, but the flavor is definitely there. === [VIBES: 7/10] === Our service was average, nothing super notable. They played some lit Bollywood / S. Asian music and had some cute decor for Valentine's day. Cutlery and plates were a classy copper tone. It's not usually too packed when we go, but traffic here is definitely creeping up every time I stop by. I cannot wait for this place to pop off because they totally deserve it. P.S. someone send me their playlist“
“a stunning experience. a friend of mine had a private party here and they made her special day even more special. they catered beef sambousek, maaloubeh (chicken with rice layered), cucumber salad, date pastries, and their hot mint tea. we all forgot to take food pics because we couldn’t wait to dive in. the ambiance is beautiful and home-like. at the end, i bought a rose and jasmine scented candle whose proceeds go towards their cause, and took some lentil soup to go with chopped carrots instead of pita as my side. it was the perfect light dinner after a heftier lunch. the consistency of the lentil soup was like my grandmother’s. 10/10 recommendation.“
“Happened upon this place as we were looking for a quick, healthy meal. It was a pleasant surprise! The food is high-quality, fresh and delicious. The manager Carlos was very attentive and the care put into every aspect of the establishment was evident. We definitely plan to go back.“
“Alway amazing delivery from this place. It’s not New Haven style, closer to New York style, but not as thin, but the pizza is stellar. Lots of cheese, flavorful sauce (and I emphasize flavor, doesn’t just come from toppings), and good toppings. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a movie night kind of pizza place as they’re great with special requests on Slice as well!“
“OMG! Talk about food that makes you want to come back! 5 stars for many reasons. Excellent service was provided all the way through from start to finish.Food was delivered very quickly and it was hot and delicious! Fries were crispy, sandwich was moist and yummy, don't even get me started on the (Custom) Banana Nutella French Toast! My wife tried the Avacado Omelette and also gave it 5 stars! Even the Cole Slaw was good, and we never eat the Cole Slaw!Coffee was hot and perfectly robust ? I believe it's Omar coffee brand but for some reason it tastes better than other restaurants lol I'm not sure what they're doing better.Prices were fair considering prices are going up everywhere, we still kept it under $50 not including tip.Definitely plan on coming back!“
