Terrible. This company could not change shipping date 4 days before shipping date. My Dad sent me a cake but learned I was going to be away he tried to change the date but this company delivered a cake that sat outside in the Florida sun so I had to throw it away. Not great business when your shipping a cake to Florida and it's not in dry ice and you could not adjust a shipping date several days in advance.

I used this as a last minute effort to allow my friend to have a half decent birthday for once. I ordered in the very early morning, and they cancelled my order AFTER the order cutoff time for next day delivery so that I had no chance of reordering.
