I've come here sporadically for many years and for many years been disappointed with some of the staff and food. Much of the food is standard for Peekskill's Latin eateries. Both catered to the Guatemalan and Ecuadorian palates. The downside is food that has an irresponsible amount of sodium that sits on a steam table uncovered at temperatures below legal regulations. Very tasty food, it is not salty, it is very tasteful, good soups and best of all, a good selection of dishes to choose from, seeing what they have ready.The best, the repetition in the flavor is always the same.
