“Food is great and the service is great. They prepare the food right there from scratch and i leave with a hot plate off the grill. No microwave and liek i said the service is great and that is appreciated as much as the quality of the food. PS, the food is very affordable but if it wasn't, I don't mind paying more just to have a good service experience.“
“always always happy with their BEC sandwiches. they only have a *tiny* amount of room for dining in, so it’s mostly/mainly a take-out/pick-up spot. food is always delicious though. if you commute or have a train trip or whatever then it makes way more sense to get food from here vs. the other nearby options (there’s a whole entire restaurant/bar at the actual old Peekskill station, but its a lil ‘foo-foo’. THIS spot which is right across the street has much better/more food options).their menu prices are very reasonable, and the food quality makes it totally worth it.“
“I’ve tried many delis in Peekskill and this is the best one downtown. Portions are good for the price and the staff are all very friendly. There’s also a wide selection of drinks and snacks if you want to stop by for something really quickly.The one thing I’d point out is that they don’t get enough business to have someone always manning the deli counter. This means it’s a little unclear how to order, and you need to just stand around awkwardly until someone takes your order.“
“I love this place, everyone is very community oriented, everyone knows everyone. Great for a quick stop and go. Food is good, good selection of snacks and drinks, overall excellent place 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone visiting peekskill. Enjoy!“
“This was our go to deli since they opened in Peekskill. Every Saturday morning you would find my son and I ordering our regular breakfast. Sophia and Nick always put smiles on our faces and made us feel like family. Today, is our last day in Peekskill - we had to have breakfast one last time before our move. Upon arrival, we were thrilled to see both Sophia and Nick behind the counter. We chopped it up, had some laughs, and Sophia gave my son a complimentary t-shirt upon our departure. Thank you all for making us feel like part of the family and for providing delicious meals. There will always be a soft spot in our hearts for you guys and we can’t wait to see you when we come to visit. Cheers.“
