“This deli has the best sandwiches. I ordered a ham and cheese wedge and they were very generous with the meat. I also purchased 3 beef empanadas and OMG they were the best I ever had. The potatoe salad was home made and also delicious. The staff was very nice and enjoyed speaking with them. I would definitely recommend BrightSide Deli.“

He helped me figure out how much food to order for my daughter's birthday party, and what food to get, and he even told me to give him a call if we were running low and he would have some pizzas delivered right away. “Good service, but that's not the reason this place rates top of the charts - this is;When you get a chance to sample or even eat something that the kitchen didn't expect you to get, and that item is fantastic - it speaks volumes to the capability of the kitchen to deliver tasty fresh creative and delicious food as in the case of Henrys. I had the penne in tomato sauce, which was the best homemade pasta sauce I've had in decades. Fresh cilantro, fresh onion, and a low viscosity that isn't oily which is nice. Mwah!“

“always always happy with their BEC sandwiches. they only have a *tiny* amount of room for dining in, so it’s mostly/mainly a take-out/pick-up spot. food is always delicious though. if you commute or have a train trip or whatever then it makes way more sense to get food from here vs. the other nearby options (there’s a whole entire restaurant/bar at the actual old Peekskill station, but its a lil ‘foo-foo’. THIS spot which is right across the street has much better/more food options).their menu prices are very reasonable, and the food quality makes it totally worth it.“
