I picked up Blondery's S'mores Hot Chocolate and a cinnamon roll at the Beacon Farmers Market recently. OMG. The love that goes into their products is undeniable. Their cinnamon roll was everything good that makes up a cinnamon roll -- light, fresh, the perfect touch of cinnamon -- and THE ICING. I can't. Absolutely incredible. The only downfall was having to share with my daughter, whose eye about popped out of her head when she saw the deliciousness I was enjoying. Pairing that with their S'mores Hot Chocolate was the icing on the proverbial cake. There's magic in everything that Blondery creates. I love that they're a part of our community and am excited to try more of their creations. <3

Blondery is the truth!!We ran into them in Kingston and loved their cake jars. Then ran into them in Beacon and had some cookies and a cinnamon roll. My wife wanted one of the full size cakes for her birthday. Then today, we went down to Peekskill to grab some donuts…Everything we’ve tried from them is delicious and incredibly fresh.I highly recommend. And know that we’ll be picking up more items…

Wowza! Everything here is meticulously made and absolutely scrumptious. Today's treat was the S'mores Hot Cocoa and, as usual, it tastes, and looks, amazing!
Stopped in because my wife has been hearing about the place and I thought it would make a nice Valentine's Day treat. I spoke with the owner who was very professional and dedicated to her craft. It's not a show-pony bakery that relies on manufactured ambiance and she puts her effort into product quality and focuses mainly on e-commerce. Fine with me- I'm not here to hang out. Feed me. I ordered a mixed 24 piece box of blondies (80$) that my wife and two daughters went bananas over. Easy husband/dad points. The Brooklyn Blackout, Smores, Salted Caramel and Sweet Potato were the favorites and, while small, these are indulgent treats to be savored. If you're looking for a high-end gourmet gift- these would be a great option and come packaged in a sleek box. Or just treat yourself- can't go wrong.

Even my dog is obsessed with the pumpkin treats.Vegetarian options: I haven’t come across anything that uses chicken beef or pork so I would say everything is vegetarian with a vegan/gluten-free selectionDietary restrictions: I'm a vegetarian with Type 1 diabetes. I love how they offer vegan and gluten-free options as well. I love how they make things naturally in-house like the apple butter for the Cinnabons. This is a health-conscious bakery, very personable, and understands my limits with delicious alternativesKid-friendliness: Kid & Dog friendly. I think the cuteness of the brownies are appealing and proportionate for kids. I love that they have 2 sizes for the dog treats.Wheelchair accessibility: I don’t have a wheelchair but I’m visually impaired /legally blind. The staff is soooo helpful in reading all the flavors to me. Making sure I don’t forget anything. I love how accessible the pay screen is with tap & pay, showing my order with dark colors are so helpful. I also get a text, email, and points which is helpful just in case I lose my receipt. I love they have menus right in front and I love the helpful preorder option.
