Everything Mercedes makes is great! The shrimp ceviche is the best!
I LOVE La Cascada! It's a country club atmosphere (and we are members of Tapatio Springs CC) but the dining is open to the public. The views out to the golf course are beautiful, the atmosphere is modern and elegant, food EXCELLENT, and service also EXCELLENT. Two of us ate the special and thought it was very good. One of us had the chicken quesadilla and enjoyed it very much. We ordered the carrot cake and it was a long time coming and a little dry.
