The food is good and some dishes are very well done, you have to go and try all dishes because peru have so much to offer in food, they have one of the best cousine in the world, we just need to let all know so they can come and try it. I don't think the services is bad like other said it, is just the restaurant was build before they move in; and they have different rooms across the middle hallway. The only bad thing I can mention, is I don't agree, why in a Peruvian restaurant they play Mexican music or other than Peruvian...Mexican and other music are good, I like them and play them at home. Peru have an amazing diversity of music from the the cost mountains and jungle so why to play other music. I went to mexican, greek and Indian restaurants and they do not play Peruvian or hip hop music, always their music...hope owners can change this. I am not sure this is only a random issue because the other day I ordered food to pick up and they were playing Peruvian music. The girl who served me say the sing is from the ju gle of ??....

The waiter was amazing! He saw that we were hesitant on a certain drink, and gave us a little sample. (The purple drink) It was good. They also have alcoholic drinks. I got a seafood dish, that was cold, but it was cook fully, I guess it was meant to be served cold. But it was delicious. The kids wanted a spaghetti type dish, and they loved it. The woman's bathroom was spotless. If anyone would ask a place I would recommend, I would definitely recommend this place. We brought our son for his birthday, and we're going back for my birthday.
Kid-friendliness: They have high chairs, and kids friendly cups.
Wheelchair accessibility: The doorway is like a ramp, there's no stairs.

Very bad impression for just another Gladys restaurant. I've already tried to give it many opportunities by ordering but especially the grilled chicken is always landing. There is no flavor in the food or the chili. I expected a lot from this place thinking it would be like the one in Port Chester.

The food is very delicious, it is what has made us return, but the service is bad, they take time to take the order, they prefer to be playing next to the bar, they do not check the table, they never bring the bill, we order coffee like all the others. other times it's cold (there's some outside) and the waitress said there wasn't any. How sad it could be better
Good food but very lousy service.I placed an order, and when I called to asked when my order would be delivered, the worker on the phone said it was already delivered. Then she blamed all on me, she said the delivery guau called me many times but I never picked up the phone. Guess what they had a wrong number!!!! When I asked her to please change my number, she said she couldn’t “because that is the number they have in the system”!!!!She didn’t take responsibility for anything. On top of all, when I asked to re-deliver my order, she said it was not posible, and that to get a refund, I had to cancel my order.In the past few months I had 3 deliveries from this place, and they called me at my current phone # without any problem.Good luck to anyone who deal with this La Gladis restaurant.?

Overly priced food. That misses the mark on authentic Peruvian food. Go to Port Chester if you want real Peruvian food. Service is atrocious, I see the reviews here of one female server and it must be the same I delt with. Horrible attitude, extremely rude. Why the restaurant even still employs her is beyond me. Do yourself a favor go somewhere else. This place is not worth your money and time.
