Very bad impression for just another Gladys restaurant. I've already tried to give it many opportunities by ordering but especially the grilled chicken is always landing. There is no flavor in the food or the chili. I expected a lot from this place thinking it would be like the one in Port Chester.

The food is very delicious, it is what has made us return, but the service is bad, they take time to take the order, they prefer to be playing next to the bar, they do not check the table, they never bring the bill, we order coffee like all the others. other times it's cold (there's some outside) and the waitress said there wasn't any. How sad it could be better

Good food but very lousy service.I placed an order, and when I called to asked when my order would be delivered, the worker on the phone said it was already delivered. Then she blamed all on me, she said the delivery guau called me many times but I never picked up the phone. Guess what they had a wrong number!!!! When I asked her to please change my number, she said she couldn’t “because that is the number they have in the system”!!!!She didn’t take responsibility for anything. On top of all, when I asked to re-deliver my order, she said it was not posible, and that to get a refund, I had to cancel my order.In the past few months I had 3 deliveries from this place, and they called me at my current phone # without any problem.Good luck to anyone who deal with this La Gladis restaurant.?

If I could give this place, zero stars, I would. The steak tasted nasty, the fried plantains were raw, and fried rice was hard as if they reheated it. Customer service is horrible. This explains why this place is always

Overly priced food. That misses the mark on authentic Peruvian food. Go to Port Chester if you want real Peruvian food. Service is atrocious, I see the reviews here of one female server and it must be the same I delt with. Horrible attitude, extremely rude. Why the restaurant even still employs her is beyond me. Do yourself a favor go somewhere else. This place is not worth your money and time.
The restaurant has an aura of welcome. I had the (caldo de mote) Hominy soup. hominy with alittle tripe and a whole lots of beef that melts in you mouth. It also has scallions. I put some fresh squeezed lime. Deeeeelicous! The restaurant is very nicely decorated. The waitresses were very nice and professional. This place can niceless accommodate a couple or a big family.

Delicious authentic food and amazing service. Ordered the chaufa el carne and was absolutely delicious and the mango juice was very refreshing. Also good spot with many soccer to watch

I've tried twice to order food for lunch here, but they don't want my money. First instance they'd run out of both chicken and rice (bummer) and second time the woman was rude and wouldn't help me with my limited Spanish comprehension. I'm okay with them not wanting to help I guess, but then why is the menu printed in English?I'd been wary since the cheap sign on the outside and poorly designed website portends an uncaring business and it appears that this book can indeed be judged by its cover.Aji Limo in Ossining is great and nearby if you're looking for Peruvian in the area.
