I have been going to the local McDonald’s in Penfield NY for decades. The service has always been good until lately. Lately, because of staffing shortages, the McDonald’s quite often won’t open at its designated hours of operation. If they cant open at 6am DON’T say you’re open at 6am. Six or seven times I have gone to our local McDonald’s at 6:10 or 6:15 in the morning and it still wasn’t open. This location CONSTANTLY forgets to put my Big Mac in the bag at the drive thru. Three times!!!!
The one time they actually got the order right the burger wasn't cooked. Go to Taco Bell across the street. This Mickey D's apparently hires the illiterate.
