“The food is always great here , and it was super busy on Christmas Day! The wait time was longer than expected however the young woman at the counter was incredibly kind and handled the busyness with grace and kindness and the food was hot, fresh, generously portioned and worth the wait!Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetable dishes and flavorful tofu dishes , and veggie dumplings!“
“I'll never not go to Hong Wah as my choice of tasty Chinese food! I never have a problem. Fried Dumplings are always perfect. The sesame chicken for me is always great. I've also tried the chicken and broccoli and sweet and sour chicken. The combos are filled to the brim and I appreciate that. Always recommend this place. Covid made it semi order out only but that's never stopped us from ordering. Give it a try! They're not voted best for no reason.“
“We joined friends last night for a large birthday party and it went great! The appetizers and dinners were delicious, everyone raved about how great all the different diner choices were, the service was helpful, quick, and friendly, and all in all it was a tasty and fun experience!“
“Great Thai food, Friendly and efficient service. Perhaps a better take out place than eat-in, but there are a couple of tables to eat in if you want. The Pad Prik King Chicken was very tasty, good, quality meat, and fresh crisp green beans, spiced just to my linking. The basil in the dish was very flavorful, but not overpowering. For a quick service Thai restaurant, they have done a great job at blending perfect flavors with good product, and efficient, friendly service.“
“I have yet to have any dish that is not great there! True Dim Sum, fresh food items made to order. Wonderful staff! Had salt/pepper squid, shrimp dumplings, shu mai, beef tripe and eggplant with shrimp! We drive there from North Country in Central NY because Syracuse doesn’t have authentic Dim Sun!“
“Khong is our favorite Thai!! The dishes in general are so flavorful and fresh, veggies cooked perfectly and meats tender. We especially love their curries, the spicy minced chicken, pad prikpao, and curried fried rice. there are many gluten free options, vegetarian and vegan options as well. The price is reasonable, portions large, and customer service is great. Once there was a minor mistake with our order, and they quickly remade the dish and threw in an extra appetizer. We haven't had the chance to eat in, but the space is clean, decorative, and inviting. We are so happy to have this gem in our neighborhood.“

“Fantastic food! Great portions and price! The fresh Shrimp Spring Rolls were the largest I have ever eaten anywhere too! Food was ready on time and without a long wait! You will not be disappointed! Thank you & we will be back again soon!“
“This was our go-to lunch place when I worked in East Rochester 5 years ago. We had a retirement party for a co-worker on Saturday. The appetizers and food were just as amazing as I remember, I especially recommend the "Evil Jungle" with beef, my favorite dish from here. The staff was very attentive and perfectly handled splitting checks for 11 people, with some paying for other people's meals, some paying for the appetizers, etc. They even remembered our orders from back then(!) and told us what they are now on the new dinner menu. (they are no longer open for lunch) I had to get some Evil Jungle to-go because there is no Thai food this good anywhere near home. The beverage selection is slim but sufficient. Singha is not an amazing beer by any means, but it pairs very well with the Thai food selection; most of our group ordered Mai-Tais which they said were also very good. Highly recommend!“
