This location is great and I've never had any issues before. Today I came though the drive thru to pick up my mobile order. I asked if this location did a pup-cup (I had my new rescue dog in the car with me and trying to give her lots of new positive experiences in the community). The gentleman at the speaker said "sure, we can do some whipped cream in a cup" and I said "great, thanks". Nothing was added to the screen where my mobile order was showing....
This place is terrible on mobile orders. The young girls always say they aren’t doing mobile orders. They are never ready nor do they even have a ticket ready. It’s still in the machine. They just lie to you.
I love Tim's 99% of the time. But I think it's wild that I received Avocado spread on the side when I was in a drive through lane. I ordered a bagel BELT with Avocado spread...assuming it would be added to the bagel. Maybe I should have specified 'add' Avocado spread? Idk but I was unhappy when I couldn't eat in the car. This won't stop me from eating here. But I was left hangry and wanted the world to know my pain. 😅
