The Club at Silver Lake OPEN TO THE PUBLIC

It's a couple of things. First I guess our fault for not reading our receipt before we paid. One person order the build your own pasta and ordered spaghetti with meat sauce but was charged an extra $6 for the Bolognese. Another shrimp Alfredo but did not expect cocktail shrimp with the tail. Very difficult to eat and what do you do with the tails?

8 people on every hole. Golf shop did nothing with complaint. No sand. Fairways need to be rolled. Thought about a membership but we'll decline.This happened Saturday, September 14

This is a seriously underrated golf course. The layout is genius and the conditions were fantastic. Will definitely be back.

Played 18 today, 8/29/24, with my 10 year old grandson. Jeremy in the pro shop was great from check in, to tips on course play, to being a courteous and professional host. The course was in great shape and very challenging. The greens were just as Jeremy described, fast and in great condition. Our first time there and everyone who we met, whether employee or member, were great. We ate at the restaurant, greeted by the bartender/ waitress who was as sweet as can be and very attentive. The food was great, the restaurant was clean and an overall enjoyable day at The Club Silver Lake. We will be back soon….

Very challenging course with great and fast greens. Every hole has great personality.

We spend a week at Silver Lake every Independence Day and we love this club. What terrific food and no kidding the very best fireworks show in the whole United States 🇺🇸!! Thank you Silver Lake! See you next year

Very, very disappointed...
We have been here many times in the past, not sure what changed, but it was a bad experience all around. Will probably never go back again. Our waitress was nice, but the service was bad and most of the food was terrible. No plates for appetizers, couldn't even get a fresh drink before the entree. The chicken parm, spaghetti and meatballs, French onion soup and shrimp scampi were aweful. Looked like the sauce was burned. The shrimp cocktail said on the menu it came with 5 shrimp, we got 4.. The other apps and wings were ok, I asked for all flats, they said they would do their best. Got 4 flats and 6 drums, obviously they didn't care. If I could give them zero stars I would.. Again..

Wow.. Really? Troll? I am certainly not a troll. Great response from the owner. We just ate there tonight.. Everything was terrible.
Never again, especially after that response.

Great short course on Silver Lake.
Very walkable, which we like.
Friendly staff, no problem getting a tee time.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Quite possibly the most undermaintained golf course I've ever had the displeasure of playing. The rough was approx. 6 inches long, (so long that one couldnt find their ball) it looked like it hadn't been cut all year, the trees and shrubbery is overgrown to the point that it interferes with a normal round of golf (reference hole #4), and the fairways looked scalped. In addition to the drastically sub-par conditions, the price was astronomically high even for a good course. I played 9 holes at 6:00 pm on a sunday afternoon in the SPRING at a cost of $36 per person. I AM ASTONISHED!! Total waste of time and money!
