“If you’re looking for one of the best casual dining spots in Oswego, NY, Muskies Bar and Grill is an absolute hidden gem. We were just passing through town and decided to stop in, and it ended up being one of the highlights of our trip.

Right from the start, you can tell this place takes pride in their food. Everything tasted fresh and homemade, which is hard to find these days. The fries were incredible—perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, easily some of the best fries we’ve had anywhere in Oswego. The chicken tenders were just as impressive—hand-breaded, juicy, and packed with flavor.

We also tried the cheesesteak and the chicken melt, and both were outstanding. The cheesesteak was loaded with flavor, cooked just right, and served on a fresh roll, while the chicken melt was perfectly balanced with great texture and taste. You can really tell they focus on quality ingredients and consistency.

The atmosphere was welcoming and relaxed, making it a great stop whether you’re a local or just passing through Oswego County. The service was friendly and added to the overall positive experience.

“Only in town for a couple of night and decided to go in to Muskies to eat one evening. Very glad we did. Super friendly place. Buffalo chicken pizza is the best pizza I've had. Stayed and had a few extra beers at the bar with staff and locals.I hghly recommend Muskies. I hope I get the opportunity to go back.“

“Today I woke up early to get things going for my daughter’s graduation party. Around 9:30am I got a call that the venue at The Yard couldn’t happen due to power outages & broken poles and some of the food wouldn’t be available. I was in a serious pinch to figure something out and fast! I immediately began calling Nick Duskee to see if he had availability at Chubbys Sports Bar & Grill! I was having a meltdown and he literally immediately went to work on figuring things out so we could still have Ciara’s party today! We had people here from out of state and desserts made and we needed to figure it out fast! He had Candice contact me to figure out food options, space, drinks, and tables! She was there almost immediately to prep the space for us! They made the pivot so much less stressful than I could have imagined! Not only did they help us with delicious food they made, but they even cooked food that was prepped by The Yard! It went absolutely perfect! It ended up beautiful and we enjoyed it so much! I can’t thank all of them enough and I will never stop raving about Nick & his business at Chubby’s!! These are the small town businesses that step up to save you when it all comes crumbling down! “We came in for the Sunday special and were lucky to have Sarah as our server. She was amazing. I have celiacs and she knew just what I could have and made sure my order was perfection. From the soup French Onion to my Turkey dinner! The food was amazing. I could not have the Sauerbraten but that is what my partner ordered. He thought the was amazing and was able to bring home a wonderful piece of raspberry pie. (which I could not eat.). But Sarah checked over all of the dessert options to try and find one for me. The food was amazing. Our service was stellar. And we told Sarah we would be back to see her again. Thank you so much for a lovely meal!“
