Scammers!!!! Ships empty boxes without insurance and lies to customers! Fought them for weeks before Ebay had to step in and refund my money. Read the reviews these people are shady liars!!!!!
Great customer service. The people who work there are knowledgeable and they have the best stock of bikes around. At 5’1” no one ever has bikes in my size. Not only did Piermont have a bike, they had 4 for me to test. Sunny also told me the size I originally thought I needed was too big and his recommendation for the smaller frame was spot on. I ended up with a 44 cm Cannondale Evo and couldn’t be happier.
Kept my return and money!!! Unprofessional and a SCAM!!! purchased canon lens off ebay from this company, it did not work on my camera so I printed a return label from ebay and dropped it off at the post office. The post office did not scan the package for sometime but package was delivered the same month and the seller did not refund me. I sent multiple emails on EBAY and they are flat out ignoring my request for a refund or give back the item I returned… NOTHING. Stay away...read full review
