Mark was phenomenal in conversation. He was very knowledgeable in all the whiskeys and rise. He also made a really great drink. I would definitely recommend coming back, the atmosphere and ambience was on point.!!!

Came to the area for a relaxing weekend away from home and searched for some local places to hangout once at our airbnb and this was on the list! It did not disappoint at all! The perfect little hidden gem to hangout and have a few drinks. My fiancé and I had the old fashioned and Pomme Oh. Both were made to perfection and we hope to come back real soon! Thanks for some good vibes and even better drinks guys!

Broooo. This place was INCREDIBLE. If you are in the region you have to go. Mark, the owner and bartender, is so kind and wonderful. This was our favorite place we visited the entire trip. Go.

It’s a really fun space with great cocktails! We came on a Saturday evening and it was pretty busy so service was a little slow and it was definitely a lot of people in a pretty small space, but I’m definitely looking forward to coming back on a week night when it’s hopefully a little less crowded!

Wonderful atmosphere ... a step back in time. The guys there make your trip there enjoyable and the concoctions they've developed are wonderful. The straight whiskey they distill is very smooth and also makes great mixed drinks ... I like in a Manhattan. Trip worth it.

A true hidden gem!The most unique space I've ever been, it was like I stepped into the 1920s. Not only was the space meticulously designed and built by the owners, they're the same guys that distill and make your drinks. The hand crafted cocktails are incredible, and they also offer local NY craft beers and fresh empanadas!

What an amazing place! Walking through the doors makes you feel as if you stepped back in time to the Era of prohibition. The cocktails and whiskey were delicious! If your in the Hudson Valley I highly recommend you visit. Mark and Evan really made us feel welcome!

Mark and Evan did a fantastic job with the distillery! I love the way they decorated the place - right on theme, and I especially love the whiskey and cocktails they have available. Would definitely recommend trying out the Stool Pigeon cocktail! Can’t wait to see what the future has in store for them!
