While photographing wildlife at Shawangunk Grasslands National Wildlife Refuge, I had ask one of the local where he would suggest eating around here. To my surprise, he highly recommended a vegetarian restaurant called PURE CITY-淨都之鄉 ; which is located in the heart of Pine Bush, NY of all places. What a treat! This food is phenomenal, I would become vegan if this place was closer to where I live. They have been consistent through my multiple visits with them and for the first time since the COVID era I can finally be inside their beautiful restaurant. The man that served me and I believe cooked my food was pleasant. Thank you guys for the amazing food and service!
