My daughter had my husbands birthday catered by Aubergine food truck we had more than 70 people and I must say their food was amazing. The service was outstanding and anyone wanting to try authentic Egyptian cooking should try the owners of Aubergine food truck. I have never had such delicious Egyptian food except for my husbands family and in Egypt.I can’t wait till they open up a business in Huntington or Melville where one can sit down and enjoy the atmosphere and hospitality...
Their food is 100% fresh healthy and tasty, i have visited most of places on long island because i am food lover so far Aubergine has best tasty and healthy and fresh food, prices are very economic. you get better food what you pay is too less. i recommend to asian community to visit and try their food. you will love it.
I heard about this place in a random magazine and from the second i read about it i couldnt wait to try it. It absolutely exceeded my expectations, ive had shawarma before, but NOTHING like this and i cant wait to come back for more. Owners are super nice too. Thanks guys!
