Loved our server Alexi. Unfortunately Sunday is the final day this restaurant will be ope. We were very unhappy when it changed from Cassis to Craft, but learned to love it. Sorry to see it close

Came here after a funeral on a Sunday and had a fabulous brunch with bottomless Bellini's... Had the Eggs Benedict with avocado not bacon!! So delicious... The waitress was very attentive and nice and the owner John came over to our table to see how everything was! Highly recommend...

My wife and I went tonight for a nice quiet dinner. We have always been pleased with Craft 387 before and tonight was no exception. We both ordered fish (Brazino special for me and Sole for my wife). They were both wonderfully cooked. Glad to have this restaurant in our neighborhood.

Very nice restaurant, loved the eyes game on the wall. Food was very good and the drinks were a little heavy handed but I would rather taste the alcohol than not. The owner and staff was friendly and service was attentive, portions were also nice for the price.

My wife and I very much enjoyed our first time at Craft 387. The service was very attentive/ friendly and atmosphere had a fun vibe. Loved the eye-themed celeb pictures that have you guessing who they are! Food was top notch and delicious from start to finish. The menu is very diverse and has something for everyone. We started with the beet salad and chicken potstickers - both were great. My wife had the chicken fajitas for an entree - which she said is probably the best she's ever had. Ditto for me with the paella - delicious and a large enough portion for leftovers the next day. The crème brûlée was a perfect finish. We will definitely be back!

The food is terrific but also pretty expensive. Highly recommend the steak quesadillas and the calamari. The salads are good as well. Only downside is the restaurant can get quite noisy.

We were nicely greeted by the host. Our food came quickly and that was the end of our service. When our entrees were served, our dirty dishes and leftover appetizers were left on the table. I had an empty glass of water and empty soda until I was able to get our waiters attention...he was a few feet away talking to other servers. It should be noted, there were only 2 other tables with customers - if it was super busy I could understand but that was not the case.

We had such a lovely evening at Craft. First of all, they pour a generous drink which I always appreciate. Our waiter was very sweet and attentive. The owner made sure to come and check on us. Our food was delicious. This is a great place for any night of the week. We will definitely be back.

The burger tasted warm and good. French fries was also good and not overcooked. The fried calamari salad was really good.Only downside is that it was bit pricey, $20 for burger was bit too much considering the fact that this place is not in the City (no offense, though).But overall, it is worth to try at this place, although I personally would not go all the way from Queens, NY to Plainview unless there is a special occasion.
Amazing, friendly service! We had Alexey as our waiter and he was phenomenal! Couldn't of asked for a better experience. We had a table of 7 and had a variety of food and drinks that met all of our expectations!! Would eat again, 10/10 recommend.

The menu has many options .. I had the special which was skirt steak with mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus... the steak was delicious but the mashed potatoes were disappointing... not creamy or buttery.. our appetisers were very yummy and everything else was good!

food sucks. over priced. tiny, odd portions. menu vs what was presented didn't match. no ventilation and was kinda warm. I left hungry. some of the food was stale. the table has an uncomfortable bar underneath that made it hard to stretch your legs. menu was so limited that it's disappointing they can't perfect how they cook the dishes. WOULDN'T EVER GO BACK.
