Rude customer service. I waited for 5 minutes in front of the counter while they were chatting. I made some eye contact to them. A woman walked up and said “what do you want?” I will never go back again.
Nasty attitude from their cashier and employees especially this woman Iris. I had a reward on my phone and she yelled at me infront of my kids telling that I should’ve told her what it is for and I asked her politely can you please lower your voice there are kids here. So she kept going on and on about how I shouldn’t tell her to be quiet. I told her I showed you the reward to show me what it is not to tell me I don’t know. When I go to this Dunkin, the workers make me feel like Im asking them for a favor, specially on the weekends! I go there all happy looking forward for my caffeine and I'm like "Good Morning!" and I get nothing! No good morning, No how can I help you, none of that.
