When I first walked into the restaurant I noticed how pretty it looked. I went on a Thursday and they had a live singer which was nice. I ordered the guacamole and they make it tableside. It was fabulous, very fresh. I ordered the Camarones En Salsa Verde O Roja which was very fresh and my son ordered Aroz con pollo which was also very fresh and tasty. I'd definitely say to try this place if you haven't been. I'm definitely going back.

This place is absolutely gorgeous inside. Stopped in for Sunday lunch and this place will easily be taking my money for the foreseeable future. Apps: Ceviche & Aguavate Relleno Both so fresh. The ceviche was crisp and light and the aguacate was flavorful and delicious. Entree: Birria shrimp tacos!!!!!!! Whew I've been dreaming about those tacos! I will just say that. Drink: spicy marg This margarita was perfect! Just enough spice and all the best ingredients topped with a tajin rim... my fave ! The staff was so kind and attentive. This spot is going on my go to list for sure.

The food is incredible at Frida's! Had the Coconut shrimp with Mango pineapple habanero sauce for an appetizer, and the taco salad for the entree. Everything is so fresh and delicious! Also plenty of chips and salsa for the table. Our waiter, Augustine is the best at what he does, he really cares about making your experience an unforgettable one. He is attentive and makes sure you are always happy. The rest of the staff is on top of everything as well making sure you have chips and water as needed. The ambiance is beautiful with a full bar and very comfortable seating with plenty of room. Live music is available Thursday, Friday & Saturday. Parking is plenty and convenient. This is my second time there and it never disappoints. Can't wait to go back:)

I'm not too keen on Mexican food. It never really agrees with me and so I just usually pass on the offer. However, this weekend, the family chose Frida's to dine. I took it like a champ and went with the flow. I was first impressed with the beautiful ambiance. We dined at off peak time so it wasn't busy. The staff members were so kind and got all our order right. Service was reasonably fast. WHAT I ORDERED: Salmon Agridulce - perfectly grilled salmon with mango habanero sauce, rice and "tostones" fried plantains. Although it was delicious, the salmon was, in my opinion, a little overcooked and was on the dry side. I still enjoyed it. The mango habanero sauce provided a little wiggle room with its slight spiciness and sweetness. The rice tasted a bit plain. I was expecting a much more in depth Spanish flavor. The tostones were delicious. Overall, I enjoyed it. It wasn't bursting with flavors but I needed that less salty type of food for health reasons. So it basically benefited me...AND I had no adverse reaction to the Mexican food afterwards. So it was a plus for me this time around. Everyone else loved their choices (sorry no photos). The guacamole ordered was made fresh right in front of us and that was to die for. The tortilla chips were in multicolors. I stuck with the yellow chips!! WIll I GO AGAIN? Yes

Tried Fridas and absolutely loved everything about this restaurant! The decor of the restaurant is beautiful and spacious, a long bar up front is available for eating and drinking. Plenty of parking available too. We were seated right away and were served tortilla chips (twice) and salsa which was very delicious. We were greeted by our waiter Augustine, he was so attentive and made our experience pleasurable! Truly fast and exceptional service from him. The rest of the staff was on top of everything as well. We had the tortilla salad with beef and loved it. So many delicious flavors hitting you at once! The shell was flaky and light, I will be going back with friends. Can’t wait!Parking: Excellent parking!

Fairly new restaurant in an old spot that has housed many restaurants. The decor was nice and there was a lively crowd with live music. Was quite noisy and hard to hear by table mates. The staff was nice and it didn't take long to get our food, which was just OK. We got an order for the table side guacamole which was severely under salted but the guacamole that came with my meal from the kitchen was salted well. I got the steak fajitas and the steak was dry. The food isn't very creative and the plating was messy. I would come here again for drinks at the bar but wouldn't dine here again.

So this was our first time visit as I have been wanting to try this location after enjoying its sister location in Seaford. Visited in a Friday night and it was not crowded at all. Seated immediately. Wait staff was attentive, helpful, and patient, since we had two young kids with us. Of course the kids enjoyed the basket of tortilla chips and salsa each table gets. Empanada and queso fundido appetizers were satisfying and tasty. Entrees of chicken tacos and enchilada were enjoyed by the kids. The steak Cancun and the tampiquenas steak dish were enjoyed by the adults. Both steaks were very good, although one was was a bit undercooked but corrected by kitchen when noted. No room for desserts after appys and entrees, but went home very pleased with dinner. The prices were a bit on the high side, but it seems so many prices are now and one just has to get used to not having dinner out as much. Will definitely go back again though.

Frida's is such a fun spot! From the decor to the layout, it does not feel like you are in a strip mall. I came here for lunch with my mom, and we were both happy with the food and service. She got the fish tacos which looked delicious. I ordered the birria tacos which were tasty. I will say that the dishes were not salty at all -- which is typically not the case when you're out to eat. The margaritas hit the spot; they were not sweet at all. It's a great little spot.
