Trying to try every pizza parlor on long islands regular cheese slice. This is a top notch 5 star regular slice. So far out of ...well gotta be hundreds...this is top 10 imo.

Iām sorry but charging almost 4.50 for a 16 oz Snapple is diabolical. I might as well bend over and give you everything I have . Ridiculous.

I am SO bummed to leave this review. But god forbid you have an allergy, vegan or any special dietā¦ I was informed their menu does NOT reflect the truth of whatās prepared at all. I havenāt eaten meat since a teenager (MANY moons ago)ā¦ on menu it says clear tomato based vegetable broth. When I came last week I asked waitress who confirmed yes this is a vegan soup. Ate the soup.
Came back a few days later for the soup and salad. I ordered over the phone and again confirmed this is a VEGETABLE BASED soup.
Tonight as Iām eating the SAME soup againā¦ I questioned to the waiter bc this broth just tastes TOO GOOD. He comes back to tell meā¦ itās CHICKEN BROTH.
What followed is what Iām most angry about. The manager claims a patron needs to TELL the waiter and check whatās in the food bc the menu doesnāt have to actually be accurate. And this was essentially my fault bc I didnāt check (btw I DID the first time).
After he insisted there was nothing really wrong with this situation and brushed it offā¦ he then changed his attitude and direction coming back over to apologize and offer a beer or wine. But actually charged us FULL PRICE for this meal. I just wished the response to this disaster was handled better and left feeling like they actually understand how serious this is.
The servers in this place are fantastic. The food I ate, less the soup, is good. But you canāt trust the owner to put a menu out that keeps his customers safe in regard to diets and allergiesā¦ what a shame. Im sad.. and upset I offered this to other vegan friends. I really TRULY hope they change their menu ASAP or change the recipe immediately.

So unfortunately I didn't get a chance to try the food I called to make an order at 9pm I was told 30 minutes for delivery and it's now 11pm food never came nor did I receive a call of cancelation mind you I'm at work and that was supposed to be my dinner so glad I didn't pay over the phone.....

Pizza is phenomenal good staff usually call before I go for pickup. Somewhat of a loud busy place but highly recommend to anyone who wants Italian food
