Restaurant really closes at 2:30 PM, not 3:00 PM. Tried to sit down for lunch before 3 PM but was told they were already closed. Wasted time driving here.

I recently visited Miko Sushi and was pleased with my overall experience. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was great, although there were a few minor issues that I encountered.Firstly, I have to say that the food at Miko Sushi is definitely worth trying. The sushi rolls were fresh and flavorful, and the hibachi options were cooked to perfection. However, as the name suggests, the portions were on the smaller side, which may be an issue for some people, especially those who are used to larger food portions in American restaurants. The environment at Miko Sushi was pleasant, with a nice vibe and ambiance. However, I noticed that there were quite a few loud noises throughout my meal, which I found to be a little distracting. As someone on the spectrum, these constant loud noises did affect me a bit and took away from the overall dining experience. In terms of service, I found it to be decent. The staff was friendly and accommodating, but I did notice that they seemed a bit impatient at times. They were quick to take our orders and bring out our food, but it would have been nice if they were a bit more attentive and patient with any questions or requests we had.Despite these minor issues, I do think that Miko Sushi is a great option for a family night out. The variety of options on the menu caters to different tastes and the quality of the food is definitely worth the visit. With a pleasant atmosphere and decent service, it's a nice spot to enjoy a meal with your loved ones.Overall, I would recommend Miko Sushi for anyone looking to try out some delicious sushi and hibachi dishes. Just keep in mind the smaller food portions and the potential for loud noises in the background. But if you can look past those things, you'll definitely enjoy your experience at Miko Sushi.

The sushi is outstanding, and the hibachi noodles are the best I've had. The sake affogato is unusual, and not for everyone, but I found it quite a nice way to end the meal.

Decent place in Plainview. Upscale decor, sushi was ok, think the hibachi is better..

Amazing place and atmosphere! One of the best ones around. This shef (not sure of his name) is amazing. He was very attentive to us and our children. He makes them balloons and performs the whole show. Definitely recommending this place and this chef. Simply the

Would have loved to give 3 1/2 stars. The decor is lovely. The Sushi was very good with large portions. The problem was the hibachi food. The chicken was dry and tasteless and the steak was bland and overcooked. The shrimp was good, though. Problem with most hibachis is that the food is cooked instages. First the rice and noodles. If you wait for the main course, the rice and noodles will get cold. The hibachi ‘show’ was nice. The fried ice cream was just ok. Stick with the chocolate if you order ice cream.I just can’t get past the chicken and the steak…supposedly the highlight of the meal.

This place used to be much better. Pictured is the dinner sized hibachi strip steak and shrimp. $30 for 6 small pieces of steak and 4 shrimp. Of course they loaded up the plate with rice and vegetables which are cheap. I wonder what the lunch size hibachi looks like. Will not be going back and definitely don’t recommend.

Had a great experience here. Staff was attentive and got orders right for large group. Every thing came out hot and on time. Seafood was fresh.

Went as a group of 8. Made reservations a day before and they were very accommodating.PROS: Food was very good! Did not do the "show", decided to just dine regularly. Service was prompt, and the place had dimmed, but not dark, lighting. Plenty of parking, with handicap spots right in front.CONS:...None really. The drinks were a little pricey (but good). It was also strange how they made us choose between the soup or salad. Most hibachi restaurants offer both ??‍♂️Other than that, I would visit again.

Had some fantastic sushi, service was amazing. However def think the hibachi is better than the sushi. If you’re in the area check it out, they have some great signature rolls.
