We ordered from this place last night and honestly, it was one of the best decisions ever! I got a burrito bowl and they surprised us with a lot of complimentary chips and salsa, which was such a nice touch.

Me and my boyfriend were super hungry, and the very first bite completely blew our minds. Hands down the BEST burrito bowl we’ve ever had. Everything was on point—the tofu was grilled to perfection, the lettuce was fresh and crunchy, and the corn salsa with the flavored rice absolutely stole the show.

The portion size was great too—we couldn’t even finish it in one sitting and saved the rest for the next day. So worth it! Definitely our new go-to Mexican spot. 🌯🔥

I went here the day before Memorial Day to get food and I accidentally left a tip amount that I didn’t want to leave and realized right after u paid. It was double the order I had placed. I was told by the person behind me that I could call the store and they should be able to give me a refund and the cashier told me she would leave the receipt up front. I called the adore multiple times to ask for the manager and they were not in until 4 days later. After I finally get in touch with the manager, they said they needed to talk to their boss. I never got a call back from the manger so I called the store again and they said they don’t usually give refunds for tips. I was not offered a store credit of any sort and the manager said that his boss would call me and never did. The service at this location is completely unprofessional and they don’t let you get a refund on mistakes you make with tipping at check out.

Order was not correct, they put random things in. Was not worth the time.

Low quality food. The guacamole is definitely not made fresh. It taste more like supermarket guacamole paste. The “steak” seamed to be low quality beef as well. Wouldn’t recommend.

Really bad service. The people working there had a bad attitude.The food tasted awful and old. Overall a really bad experience. It was my first time going to that location and I don’t recommend ever going there again.

A pass for this store. It looked very nice outside for a few days but I had a bad experience. I wanted to have a good time with my father but everything went wrong. We ordered food and it turns out that they didn't make what we ordered, everything was wrong and the managers came out wanting to order. apologies accepting the apologies we asked for food to eat at home but everything was very bad there was a lack of sauces and the way these people serve is disgusting in bad taste they serve being like this it would be better for me to eat at chily grill
