The fish was fresh there is no weird smell or flavor. You can see all the food getting prepared. The staff was really nice. They also have many decorations up for the holidays or for the season. Such as flowers,

I don't get it. I've eaten here a few times over the years, and it's consistently bad. I keep thinking "maybe it'll be good this time, they've been around so long." Fish is gamey, rice has no flavor. One step below supermarket sushi. I've learned my lesson. There are so many better places in the area, I would skip this one.

Typical Japanese restaurant owned by your typical Chinese people, offering a smorgasbord of Asian foods, from Pad Thai to Sesame Chicken (and of course, sushi). However, food here is pretty solid & for a local sushi joint... It actually works. Ambience is cozy & the owner Jason was very nice--even giving me a white pear tini (yummy) on the house after introducing himself. We ordered 4-5 of the special rolls (try the Lobster Mango & Rainbow Roll), a pad Thai (solid), edamame, gyoza, along with soup and salads for the five (including a toddler) of us. Sushi took a very long time to come out, and when it did, they went so fast I barely had time to savor the pieces! I will definitely come back for more cooked dishes next time... I know I won't be disappointed.

This place has great combo platters available for dinner and many creative special rolls. The presentation of the food was beautiful as well.

I'm sorry to do this, but I feel compelled to help future potential customers. DO NOT EAT HERE. I ordered one tuna roll and sashimi. Instantly I tasted a very fishy taste, and oddly enough my mouth was feeling slightly numb. I ate a few more pieces and got sick. I am blown away. Something isn't correct here. Again, I'm sorry for having to make this review. Felt a responsibility to do so.

Went in here for lunch today and my dad was taken out by ambulance due to food poisoning from the sushi. Stay away.

Most of the time the sushi is fresh and tasty. Nice variety of sushi rolls and sashimi at reasonable prices. They could get better warm sake. Never had any of the warm dishes .
