I ordered on the kiosk so I can't comment on the staff. But I can say at the end of my salad I found a very disappointing hair in my food. Which is not mine. Big bummer.Also, the $16 salad is a bit overpriced for what you get.

Ordered delivery from this location 2 times. The first time, per panera, 2 different dashers came for the same order. I never received the order. The second time, the order arrived but only half of it came. Panera blames door dash and door dash blames Panera. I won’t be ordering from here again.

The worst service here, slow or no one is around mwith a negative atmosphere. The blond woman manager is arrogant and with an attitude. I hate to come to this location for my coffee and food. The young lady at the cashier is rude and unfriendly as well. The quality of the food is not as well prepared as in other locations. The worst part is if you ask for your subscription coffee, they make you feel like you are asking for free food. I saw there were several recent complaints about the management, I totally agree with them. I hope they change the management especially the woman manager, I saw a review here from an ex-employee who mentioned her name is Cara and she is the problem there. I'll avoid coming to this location, I don't need to be treated like a second-class citizen.

They can't even deliver and get an order for two meals correct!PATHETIC!! Then the manager Steven said oops! mistakes happen......That is not how a customer should be treated when your expecting your lunch delivery and pay 55$NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not going to describe this manager but he was listed recently in a posted review.I was waiting for my order at the drive through for over 10 minutes, I’m on my phone and finally he appears in the window and says what are you here for. Like boy maybe check your tickets and realize I’m waiting for an order?. Not a how can I help you, it’s coming in a moment, he looked absolutely clueless and like he didn’t even care about his customer. So weird and the soup is cold, I work in restaurants and can tell the warmer was off for an hour for pre close, the sandwich was fine.Please please someone check up on this manager as I’ve never encountered a manager who displayed hospitality like that.

I went this morning to get some coffee& bagel, waited for a bit nobody there, this fat manager passed by few times with no expression then this girl comes from back to takecare of my order,she was sweet, polite and courtiest...I go back later in the afternoon to do a refill on water, as am leaving this rude,nasty,ugly fat manager raises his voice to grab the attention and had the adasstey to call me a thief...He was rude, disrespectful and oh boy a big attitude .being pioneer of the cafe hospitality industry how come PANERA BREAD deals with an employee like this....If a manager has that tone and behavior towards the customer you can well imagine how he leads his team and what motivated he gives...I was decent enough to leave but as I think more of this episode I feel I should have called the cops and press charges against panera bread to the insult & humiliation i went through...You have a refill card member deal but unfortunately we have to go through this ordeal...Sad, disrespectful & disgusting behavior from an establishment head....definitely calls for the higher management to look into this and take necessary action...

I am ot understanding why everytime i order from the drive through my french onion soup never has cheese, nor they provide utensils. For overpriced hospital food you people sure are cheap, especially in an expensive area like plainview. Get it together.
Chocolate chip cookies were not fresh! The worker did warm the cookies up for me but I was able to taste that the cookies were not fresh.
