First time trying this Pelicana location. I’m happy that LI has one but was disappointed with the experience. Chicken was good though our spicy crispy chicken was not spicy and I’ve had better budae jigae at their Forest Hills location. Service was terrible - slow and forgetful. We flagged someone down whenever we needed something but had to remind them a few time. I saw a couple at the table next to us just get up and leave after no one came to take their orders and the restaurant...

Really enjoy the Korean fried chicken here. The chicken is crispy and flavorful without being too greasy, and the sauces are spot on. The sides are fresh, and there’s a good mix of flavors and spice levels to try. The place has a casual, easygoing vibe which is perfect for a quick bite or a relaxed night out. Service is friendly, though it can get busy sometimes, but the food makes it worth it.
