I've been meaning to do a review for some time now. My daughter jas Celiac and this has become our go-to for breakfast. Great gluten-free wraps and bread and an amazing selection of gluten-free goodies! Especially what's there as of this morning!

Just want to let everyone know how great a job Brian Lew from Sandwich Express did for me. Last night at the POB Community park my softball league had an Allstar Game. Brian closes at 4 pm but made sure to have our food prepared and delivered to the park at 9pm yesterday evening. He even last minute went shoping to pick up other items that were a last minute add on. Thanks Brian !

We order 4 sandwiches but he unfortunately it was bread and deli, no sauce no tomato, nothing inside the sandwiches!!! How come Possible and the guy there had lots of attitude!

This post is way overdue. I was in charge of catering for a shiva in the area a few months ago. I called Brian Lew from All New Sandwich express and I knew Brian was gonna rock it out of the park for us. He asked how many people and a few other questions. He actually told me not to order as much as I wanted to order. When people have more experience with something than I do - I let them take the wheel. I had more things to worry about for the next 36 hours and I felt great with him handling things. He delivered the spread, it was perfect, it was the right amount (even some leftovers) and it included some personal goodies for the house on him. He crushed it, saved me some money but more importantly saved me a lot of stress and worry. If you need "a guy" to handle it all for you - Brian Lew is your man. Brian - you are a mensch! Also working from home on Friday and want a great Egg sandwich - head over for some good eats!

Food is great as long as you get the right food delivered I have food delivered a lot and unfortunately it is almost never correct but time it comes my lunch is over very disappointing

the food is always good quality! But I paid over $25 for two sandwiches and a drink, and one sandwich was missing something. so i guess be prepared for stuff like that

Great for breakfast & lunch sandwiches. Usually neat new things come across lunch menu so don't keep getting same old thing! Sometimes gets crowded, pays to call in order ahead during busiest breakfast/lunch hours
Order from restaurant from Uber:Order placed through Uber eats - 1:10pm expected delivery between 1:30-1:50Since there wasn’t a driver available the restaurant used their own driver.Food was late over an hour and half while food was sitting in drivers car.Attempted to dispute with Uber with who states that food temperature is not acceptable for refund request. This was escalated to the restaurant who said it needed to be disputed with Uber. I asked if I could return the un-eaten food tomorrow and exchange for something fresh and was told no. The food looks grimy, the panini bread was falling apart and everything was soggy and most likely contaminated with bacteria after sitting in a car for almost two hours. Food finally arrived at 3:15.If there was an issue with the delivery the restaurant should have cancelled the order.I would not recommend ordering from this place.Response to owner: I tried to remedy through Uber and finally attempted to remedy the situation with your restaurant. I even asked to bring the poor excuse of the sandwich back to your restaurant and just get it replaced and I was told no by the person who answered the phone. Additionally, if the sandwiches were made fresh and kept under heating lamps to maintain food safety then why did you allow your driver to keep the sandwiches in his vehicle for almost 1.5-2 hours.Uber has contacted me twice regarding the issue and still provided no resolution. I find it interesting, that after posting a review, the owner responds to the post. Yet, when the person who answered the phone asked if I could go to the restaurant for a replacement you said no. I was more than happy to go the extra step to make the exchange and potentially you could have gained a new customer.And regardless of the tip, drivers don’t see the tips until the order has been delivered and the delivery has been ultimately rated.The simple solution would have been to meet the customer half way and offer at a minimum a discount towards a replacement order. But that’s not what happened.

I love Sandwich Express! The reuben panini is my go-to, but everything I’ve eaten from there has been delicious. I’ve also done catering a few times through Sandwich Express, and not only is the food great, but the prices are unbeatable. Plus, the owner is so kind and so helpful. The best place in Plainview!!

Tried Sandwich Express for the first time today. We ordered the Sarge's Pastrami, Sarge's Combo, Matzo Ball Soup, 3-way Brisket Hero and a Turkey Club Panini. All I could say is wow. The meats on the Pastrami, Combo and Brisket 3 Way were unbelievable. They were packed with flavor and tender. I am still thinking about the Pastrami and Brisket. Prices are very reasonable for the area. They only have a table and chairs outside, which can be a drawback, but on a nice day like today-the chairs are perfect.Definitely want to come back to try a few of the other sandwiches that I saw on the signs.
