This is the worst Tai Restaurant I’ve been to, first time I’ve been there and the experience was terrible. I ordered the Fish with Pineapple Fried Rice, they brought out the rice first then the fish with Broccoli. In the fish plate with the broccoli there was long black hair wrap around the broccoli , I called the guy over and he apologized and still charged me full price for my meal. The experience and the people at that restaurant was very bad. I will contact the Food and Beverage Council in Plainview and file a complaint.

This is such a great spot for Thai food! The food is delicious and the portion sizes are good for the price. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the ambience is great. I especially recommend the Spicy Crispy Pork Belly, the Roasted Duck in Red Curry, and the Calamari. We also met the owner, who is very kind and dedicated to delivering the highest quality of service. Overall, a reslly solid spot for good Thai food. Check out my full review on Yelp!

One of my new favorite Thai spots on the island! I've been meaning to try this spot for a long time and finally did for Valentine's Day. We made reservations and were seated quickly. Our waitress was very sweet and friendly, and put our orders in fairly quickly. The ambience was very relaxed even though it was fairly busy with almost every table occupied. Despite that, we had really good service. We ordered the Calamari and Curry Puff for apps and had the Spicy Crispy Pork Belly and Roasted Duck in Red Curry for entrees. We also decided to grab some cocktails and tried the Sawasdee Storm and Mai Thai. The cocktails were really great and fairly strong, especially the Sawasdee Storm. I enjoyed the Mai Thai and finished it fairly quickly. The pricing was good for the amount we got and we enjoyed it. The Calamari was delicious and well made and seasoned. I loved that it was tender without being too chewy. The Curry Puffs were 4 pieces and they were flavorful and delicious. I loved that they weren't too oily or flaky. The entrees were absolutely delicious! I loved the Spicy Crispy Pork Belly and the flavorful sauce it came with. I wish I'd gotten it a bit spicier but next time! The Roasted Duck in Red Curry was the winner for the evening. It was so tender and falvorful and just delicious! We enjoyed it immensely! Lastly, we grabbed Coconut Pudding and Thai Taro Custard for dessert, both of which were perfect! I paired my dessert with one of their award-winning teas, Koh Samet Sun, which made our dessert perfect! Overall, this is a great spot with very friendly staff and delicious food! We ended up meeting the owner as we left and his dedication to great service made the evening all the more enjoyable and memorable. I highly recommend popping by if you're in the area!

We love Sawasdee food, drinks, and atmosphere. I usually get the Drunken Noodles with Beef and their Thai Tea (although I’m obsessed with the pad Thai), and my husband loves the Basil Fried Rice and their spare rib appetizer. We took my parents and sister for her birthday before going to a show in the city, and then my parents for my mom’s birthday. Thank you!

What a find!! It's a beautiful restaurant! Clean and cool colors with modern decor! The staff are all so sweet, knowledgeable, smiling and just lovely!! Made us feel so special! Helped me pick out just the right dish! The food was so yummy and delicious! I had the creamy curry that was not too spicy. Fantastic! We got a side order of sautéed vegetables that was also unbelievable!! Definitely going back there!!

Last night, we decided to try this restaurant because the photos were beautiful and the reviews were good. I'm so glad we did.The service was impeccable. Granted there weren't many customers because it was a Monday night and it was quiet but there were still a few people there and our waitress was attentive and helpful and cheery. She even took photos for us, which I'm grateful for.The food was delicious. The only very minor complaint that I might have is that the Thai Wings we ordered were a little too breaded but that's barely a complaint because it was very tasty. We ordered the shrimp roll, shrimp and scallops mix, crispy duck and salmon and everything was seasoned and proportioned perfectly. Not one complaint. We also had the fried ice cream as a dessert and the raspberry sauce was not overly sweetened, it gave the ice cream a wonderful flavor.I would absolutely recommend this restaurant. It's not too large but very comfy for a night out.

Lovely inside. Yet, the music dosn't match the decor. Drunken Noodle was just eh, quite disappointing. The Spicy Thai Basil was pricy for such a small portion. And to charge $4.00 for green tea? That's just wrong! And, a 3% charge for use of credit card was added. Won't be back. Save your appetite for a better eatery! You'll be glad you did!

Ordered their wonton soup, Chicken Pad Thai ans Beef Pad See ew. All were good. The soup was excellent, and the Pad Thai was good though the chicken was "carved" pieces so it was dry. Didn't care for the beef (skirt steak?) used in the PSe. It was a bit tough and chewy. A bit pricey not to be Excellent, but that seems to be the case everywhere these days. Still, I would eat here again.

Best thai food on Long Island in my opinion. I always order the drunken noodle and it is always perfect. I always love starting with the fried calamari or veggie spring rolls, and my favorite dessert to finish the meal off with is definitely the fried ice cream. The staff is wonderful, the restaurant is clean and beautiful and I always have a great experience here whether I dine in or take my food to go.

Consistently fantastic food, Ive ordered takeout and also eaten in multiple times and have been happy each time. When you ask them to make a dish spicy they actually do- this is so rare in Thai places these days. They also have a cheaper non-meat vegetables or tofu substitution option for many dishes which is so fantastic. Worth it, and would recommend!

Outstanding Thai cuisine served graciously in a beautiful modern setting. Very flavorful, well prepared food. At lunch, it was pleasantly quiet enough to have a conversation. Spotless restroom was a plus. I'll be back!
