They go out of their way to remember regulars, and are quick and efficient.Parking: Parking is often hard to find during busy hours. The drivers in this shopping center are also very reckless. A unknown driver sideswiped my 3 month old car and drove off without leaving any information ($16k in damage).Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly- when I bring my son the baristas always offer him a little treat or sample.

The last visit was very bad, and I bought a large cold brew coffee, 3 to 5 minutes later, I went to get my refill, and I was told can't get it just because when I was drinking my coffee I went to get my wallet for the tip, batista saw me that I went to my car for a minute and she told me that if I step out even for a minute the refill will not be validate.

The person who placed my order coughed and touched her mouth and nose with her hands, and gave me the wrong order. I repeated to her to confirm that I needed three-quarters of oat milk, and she was right, it was one-quarter, which was correct. , so I am very unhappy!

Horrible customer service. I went there with a question/request and the employees had an attitude and acted like they “owned” the store. Rude comments were even made by one particular employee. As soon as I left there, I went to two other Starbucks’ establishments in the immediate area to see how my question/request would be treated there. The employees in both of those stores listened, understood and honored my request in a polite manner. I was so pleased and relieved that I purchased extra items from them. No more Plainview Starbucks for me.

I find the Starbucks in the Plainview Shopping Center to be outstanding. The team is 'energetic and caring' The show warmth to all guests. It is very busy. I only go to this location/ I find them to be outstanding always..the best.
