For such a highly-rated restaurant that looks really fancy, I was so disappointed in the food here :( the only good thing about the food was that it looked nice.Came on a Sunday around 2:00 for 2 people and got seated right away. I got the deviled eggs (which I normally love anywhere else) and they were rubbery, slimy, and smelled almost spoiled.Boyfriend got a burger that he asked for medium rare, and it was so dry I couldn’t even swallow a bite. Only highlight were the 9$ gouda fries, which were just upcharged french fries with a side of cheese dip.Our waitress was really nice, but I will not be returning. For such expensive food, we expected at least something decent :(

This place is awesome. We've been here several times since it has opened in Plainview and we've never been disappointed by the meal. Today we had the chicken wings as appetizer, the Reuben and the Eggs Benedict made up our main. Everything was totally delicious. The Shed lemonade well worth it. The service was fantastic, thank you Eraldo F. From previous visits we've enjoyed the chicken and waffles, omelet, chilaquiles(was a special, not on regular menu) and so much more!!!

Great atmosphere, very attentive service, great fries, home fries were ok, burger was good, the omelette was the only negative part of our meal, way over cooked!

Very good everything! Sarah was our server. I had the short rib melt. My companions both had burgers. We also had wings and calamari (the round things aren't tomatoes but peppers, kinda spicy not too bad though.

We were looking for a nice place to eat so I used yelp to decide, and there were so many good reviews about The Shed. When we arrived we found ample free parking. We entered The Shed and there was a 20 minute wait or we had a choice to sit at the bar. The hostess was pleasantly kind. After we were finally seated we surveyed the facility to find bright decor that offered peace and tranquility. The music was a bit loud yet tolerable and The Shed was filled with patrons that came for the same reason we did.The presentation of our palate was put together like a masterpiece. We had steak and eggs. The steak was luke warm and some of the potatoes along with the egg was close to cold and less than warm. We also had a HUGE biscuit with the same temperature.Everything was going well until an elderly couple showed up with their German Shepard(GS) and allowed it to approach a crowded table of 6. I don't know if the owner and the dog were familiar with the group but the GS had its muzzle very close to the table. I looked around and another patron and I locked eyes and I saw in her face that she was displeased and showed disbelief.I applaud the staff that interacted with us because each staff member provided outstanding customer service skill. The staff gets *****.

We’ve been here a few times, and every time it’s really good. Tonight though i enjoyed it so much I wrote the review before we even paid the check. I am so pleased with the menu changes! I tried the eggs in the garden dish (pictured) for dinner and it was amazing, and at such great value. The basil hummus was a warm savory and went so well with the roasted tomatoes and the poached eggs. My brother adores the shed bowl and gets it every time, my dad loves their Cobb salad and the breakfast bowl. My mom particularly loves the atmosphere. Even the tea they carry was so good my mom is probably going to order some on her own ? Our waitress tonight was really lovely and patient as well and took good care of us. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you!!Dietary restrictions: I am lactose intolerant and it was awesome to have the eggs in the garden dish without having to take a lactaid and without having to take out the cheese!

Took a while for the bartender to offer me a menu or anything. After being given water, a good 5 minutes passed before checking in again. Got a local IPA ($9 for maybe 12oz) and a cup of tomato soup ($5). Beer was great, though expensive, and I was never asked if I wanted a refill. Soup tasted as though a tomato was pulsed through a food processor, heated and served after 10 minutes of waiting.Vegetarian options: Many breakfast, brunch, and vegetable options.

Great spot for brunch/lunch with a lot of good options. They don't take reservations and this location is on the smaller side, so there is usually a wait.I got the Shegg sandwich, which was a large portion with potatoes, and the Farmer's Gin cocktail, which was nice and refreshing. Our server was super nice and attentive and we had a great time!
