Kinben Sushi Reviews
We have only eaten here a handful of times but each time the food is fresh for both dine in & take our. I love the 20% off when you order on-line. The staff is very friendly and accommodating allowing my daughter to customize her bento box. Tonight we took out & I left my phone on the bar. The staff held it for me in the register until I returned to get it. They definitely won me as their customer!
Fresh sushi; been there a few times and never left an empty plate.

Kinben Sushi offers authentic island sushi experiences, featuring unique high-end fish options like Uni and Wagyu. The restaurant serves fresh and delicious food, including specialty rolls, omakase, BBQ Squid, and Cracked Uni Roll. Popular dishes include the Volcano appetizer, Crazy Toro Roll, and Big Kahuna Roll. With exceptional **friendly and welcoming** service and high-quality food, Kinben Sushi is a highly recommended spot. **Adam** at Kinben prepares a better omakase and Taco. Naruto rolls, with cucumber ribbon as the wrapper and no rice, are exciting, offering generous pieces of fish. The miso soup is one of the best ever had, with wonderful prices. The staff is attentive and patient. Zen vibes are present with white geometric patterned walls, tile, dark wood tables, and friendly yellow paint. The illuminated fish picture on the wall is also enjoyed. Kinben always has the freshest sushi/sashimi and the omakase is on point. The prices are comparable for the Plainview area.
