This is SUSHI!! Legit sushi on the island. We came here to celebrate valentine's day and this place did not disappoint. Honestly, only one of the few places on the island that has all the unique high end fishes e.g. Uni, Wagyu. They even have omakase which is impressive. We enjoyed their chef special rolls, BBQ Squid and Cracked Uni Roll. Highly recommend those.

There sushi roll the Spicy Kani roll had me throwing up for two days. I got so sick. I walked in to the restaurant completely empty and the workers sleeping on the bar chairs.

Absolutely delicious! The food was very fresh and they have unique specialty rolls. We had the volcano appetizer, crazy toro roll and big kahuna roll... all were delicious. But the big kahuna was my favorite. I will definitely be back.

First time here and it won't be our last. I love sushi. Not sub par sushi but great sushi. This place has some seriously highly quality food. Monica our server was fantastic as were the sushi chefs. Highly recommend. It will not disappoint.

My new favorite sushi place! The food, staff & ambience were are FABULOUS!! I celebrated my birthday with girlfriends here... and they never rushed us... even when we were the last ones there, simply enjoying our girls night. Very unique rolls. Highly suggest the specialty rolls. YUM!!

Not sure why this place is always empty when we pick up during weekend dinner time. The sushi is fresh and the rice to fish ratio is perfect. The quality of the fish are not the typical tuna and salmon alone and they include other unique pieces that are wonderful. The staff is friendly and if you order online it's 10% off. I normally get the sushi sashimi for 2 and other pieces. Unlike other places (I used to favor Kotobuki), KinBen includes quite a bit of toro pieces in their sushi sashimi entree. They certainly don't skim on quality. I'm just surprised this place is never packed. KinBen is fantastic and it is now my new favorite sushi on Long Island.

This sushi blew me away. I love finding a new sushi spot to try. The rock shrimp tempura was just okay, you did get a lot of pieces. The BBQ said roll was my fave. I never had anything like it before. It's a whole piece of bbq squid essentially stuffed with crabmeat and fully covered in their special sauce. The fantastic and big kahuna were also really good. They definitely make them with care. We sat at the sushi bar and they were very nice. It seemed like it was starting to get a little crowded as we were finishing up so I would maybe make a reservation if I was going back.
