Was in Plainview location today to pick up the prepared sandwiches they sell in containers. I approached the cashier and there was one person that was finishing up. At this point I was the only one online. Then an employee brought an order to the cashier, and cashier by-passed me. The same thing happened 2 more times with workers bringing items to the cashier, and cashier ignoring my presence. I finally asked if she plans on helping me. Cashier responded by saying "is this all your getting" i said yes, and then she proceeded to help yet another customer behind me, at which point I told her she can keep this and I walked out the store.
Your cashiers hold a higher standard to customers that dine in, and cast an overall additude of rudeness and entitlement. This is not the first time ive expereiced this at your store. I used to go here frequently, but enough is enough. You have lost my business.

***UPDATE*** I'm not sure what happened to this place but ITS A PRICE GAUGING CENTRAL!!! literally writing this as I wait for my SEVENTEEN DOLLAR breakfast sandwiches...Two Bacon egg and cheeses for over $8 each???!!! I also ordered a half dozen bagels.... ELEVEN DOLLARS ... PLUSSSSS A $2 up charge because I wanted two rainbow bagels.... YIKESSS.. I'm sure people pay once and NEVER come back.... There's an amazing bagel store next to John's farms that has better sandwiches!!
AND. ... if you don't want to go out, Bethpage Deli delivers for free.. sandwiches are $5 .. I'd rather just go back to places that LIKE their customers returning....

Honestly genuinely concerned for people who think their bagels are good… I ordered a rainbow bagel with plain cream cheese, asked to lightly toast it. Please tell me why it felt like I was eating a cracker. The texture and consistency of the bagel was not far from your typical Thomas bagels. Very disappointing

I paid 16 dollars for a bacon egg and cheese and they forgot to put on the bacon. I will never come back worst experience ever the food wasn't good

I don't think I am returning, the service I was provided with does not deserve even one star: When I came in, the person did not say anything, no "hi", "good morning" or "how can I help", just a blank stare, I asked "do I order here?". After giving me the coffee and bagel and taking money, there was no "thank you", "bye", "have a nice day". Bagel was very good, coffee watery and cup was too hot (not protected enough).

Top tier bagels! I'm a Brooklyn girl who moved out of state a few years back and finding this place before going home was amazing. The bagels were perfection and the arugula and rainbow cookies taste just like the ones my Nona used to make. It's also very clean, organized and had really nice staff!

I had a very unpleasant experience at this establishment. The line was extremely long, and I only needed two uncut, untoasted bagels for my starving kids. I asked if I could quickly pay for the bagels without waiting in the long line, as there were four people at the register. However, two women at the counter rudely told me to wait in line. When I explained that I just needed two rainbow bagels, one of the women, who had tattoos on her left arm, sarcastically offered to grab them with her dirty hands. This comment was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. Due to this experience, I will not be returning to this establishment, nor will I recommend it to others. I plan to share my experience on social media
