Some lady named Camila was rude no welcome nothing then she messed up an order that we told her it’s takeout and she didn’t wrap it and goes wrap it yourself as if it isn’t her job . She’s so rude this isn’t how you treat customers, ruined my whole morning

Way overpriced,if your looking to get ripped off this is the place to be. Turkey and cheese with mayo on a roll $14.07 is insane..I've been buying sandwiches and bagels from Town Bagel for years,I will never step foot back into one of their establishments....

First time I had to bag my food. They get busy at times and that's when it can get haywire.

The best bagels around at a reasonable price, as well as good add-ons like iced coffee, veggie cream cheese, lox, etc. The staff is friendly and make consistent efforts to get your orders right- and make things up if a mistake ended up being made. Service is quick, just be aware there can be a 20 minute line many mornings, so order ahead.

Town Bagel has the real New York bagels — fresh, chewy, and exactly what you’d hope for. The staff is always super friendly, and there’s a ton of spreads, salads, and other food to pick from. Only thing I’d change is the coffee, which could be better. But honestly, the bagels make up for it.

Food is always fresh. Little pricey, ie, 8oz of fresh squeezed O.J. is $10.00.

Town Bagel is one of those places I always enjoy when I go — and yet, for some reason, I don’t go nearly as often as I should. Every time I visit, I’m reminded how good they are. Their bagels are fresh, flavorful, and made with care. My personal favorite is the salmon cream cheese bagel, which they do perfectly, and my wife loves their classic cream cheese bagels.

One thing I really admire about Town Bagel is how well they handle the morning rush. They’ve got the process down to a science — the line moves quickly without sacrificing quality or service. The staff are efficient, organized, and friendly, and the whole place runs like a well-oiled machine.

The bagels themselves are top quality — great texture, fresh ingredients, and generous spreads. It’s a shop that clearly knows what it’s doing and takes pride in it.

I honestly wish I went here more often, because every time I leave, I’m thinking, “Why don’t I do this more?” Town Bagel is a Plainview gem, and I’m glad it’s part of our neighborhood.

I order breakfast (sometimes bagels, sometimes egg sandwiches) online practically every weekend.
I find the food to be excellent and I am always greeted with a smile, owner is great and every employee I had to deal with has been nothing but courteous and friendly.
There are a lot of bagel stores in Plainview and I think this one is the best …
