we went to Umberto in plainview a few weeks ago. We ordered at the counter and brought our food to the table. the eggplant Ricotta pizza was iced cold and the sausage roll was also iced cold. we asked them to heat it up again, once again cold, and tasted dry and stale. This place has changed dramatically. I seriously don't think I'll ever return. If you are expecting manners or customer service, forget it!
My husband and I, likes Umberto’s of Plainview. We’ve been here a couple of years and the food is always great. The place is clean and give you large portion especially the mixed seafood with pasta, it’s delicious! The people who works at this location are super nice. We are a fan, highly recommended!😘
The pizzette I ordered was phenomenal! Wow! Drivers were very friendly too
