The food is amazing - the problem is that it's 50/50 shot that there will actually be someone there to serve you. They'll be randomly closed, randomly open up late, and several times I've gone and they've been open, but there's just no one behind the counter to take an order. But I keep going back because the food is so good.
The customer service is great. The environment looks clean. However, the food quality is just ok. Rice was overcooked. The chicken was way too salty. They portion is very small. For chicken over rice, you only get a tiny bit of chicken. I would eat here again if it s really the only halal option.
I'm not from NYC so i can't compare, but the lamb/beef gyro was delicious. Im not normally someone who likes lamb meat but their gyro meat was well seasoned and tender. The pita was thick and chewy. The wrap was huge!!! For a food court place, it was great on the go. We come to this mall every time we visit from Montreal, so i hope we can have their gyro again.
