We’ve been here twice. The food is very good, but also very filling. We got the wings combo, the burger (which was flavourless), the appetizer mix, and the beer steak sandwich. It was mostly very good, but the spicy wings have no taste other than the burning sensation. They were very understaffed, only saw 2 waiters for a very full house, we had to wait 30 mins for someone to check on us and get the check.

I've never experienced such wonderful customer service! An error/glitch in the online ordering system occurred, I paid with a gift card and the order never made it to the store. I spoke with Jess, a manager at the Plattsburgh location and without hesitation, she made the situation right. Not wanting the restaurant to take a loss on my order I questioned it.... she assured me it was no problem. My order was perfect and delish!! And I even got some extra wedges! A happy fed family thanks to Jess and crew!! Highly recommended!!

My girlfriend and I chose Buffalo Wild Wings for Valentine's Day dinner. The night started off okay when they forgot to call us for our reservation. We waited for about an hour. Once we were finally seated, the food itself was great, my girlfriend got a burger, I had boneless wings, and we had a good time. Then everything went sour. Later that night, I got violently ill with every symptom of food poisoning. I was miserable for over a day, which ruined what little time I had with my girlfriend (we only see each other once a month). I thought maybe it was a virus I got somewhere else but something that bad would not come and gone but food poisoning would. (My girlfriend also never got sick from me.) However, when we called BWW about it, they blew it off like it was nothing, they were concerned about my wellbeing but no accountability saying it couldn't have been them. I wasn't planning to write this review, but their response made me want to warn others. The food might be good, but if something goes wrong, don't expect them to do anything about it.
I tried the black bean burger it was okay and tater tots, the tots were a bit too hard for me. I also ate the cauliflower appetizer and it was pretty good and very spicy. I also tried the mezcal black cherry Margherita that was good. The nachos were very hot and the serving size is extremely big. The service was excellent.
Vegetarian options: Cauliflower wings and black bean burger is good.

Asked for a chicken Ceasars salad with dressing on the side to go while having a drink at the bar. After 25 minutes had to ask another bartender to check on my order. It was done in the back and when brought home the salad dressing had already been added which would've been all right if I had planned on eating it right away.

I came here on Veterans Day when they had a deal of 10 free boneless wings for all veterans. The wings were delicious. Service was great, food came out quick. Beer was cold. Will go back again. I sat at the bar and the bartender was a joy.
