Most of the bad reviews here seem irrelevant or very outdated. I'm a new Sam's Club member and very pleased so far with my shopping experience. For a small town like Plattsburgh that does not have a Costco, well Sam's club is a great option to buy things in bulk or a cheaper price. In recent years I believe the store has undergone a rebranding, as I use to come shop using a visitor's day pass, but this is no longer available. I was there dec 9th around 3:30pm.. we ordered a whole pizza and a drink to eat there. This wonder older man served us. He was the nicest man ever. So kind and funny. Even spoke to us in french cuz he figured out we were Canadians! Brought the pizza over to our table.. 5 stars service! I hope management recognize he’s a great employee!! We will be back for sure!

Sam’s club cafe is a fantastic place to grab a quick bite and the prices are the best in the city. They have more for your buck hands down. Combos are great and one of the last few spots that have icee besides the movie theater’s.
