I went to Dunkin' Donuts off of exit 36. On 4/20 around 3:25-3:30 pm Asked for a medium dunkalatte with 2 pistachio . Paid wasn't told a total, then he was trying to give me 2 of these drinks I said their would only be one drink with 2 pistachio not 2 drinks with 3 pistachio. The 2 workers said we cannot refund without a manager here so you can obviously take the two drinks you paid for. Excuse me!? I said I have worked for Dunkin' Donuts, and your telling me you can't give me a refund when I did not ask for 2 drinks!? They said sorry but we can't so I guess I have 2 coffees that weren't even made how I wanted and overpaid for.

It’s currently 9:39am, and I got my food and drinks at this location at 8:37am. IT WAS STILL WARM! Food was delicious, drinks were great, my coworker and I love ordering from here every morning, almost like clockwork.
The young man, Noah, on the drive-thru speaker and window was VERY helpful, and very kind. I forgot that there was no longer a maple bacon wakeup wrap, and instead of just saying no, he explained that they no longer have it, and proceeded to offer me something similar.
This young man deserves notice from his supervisors as he did an amazing job this morning

I am typing while I am on the phone with corp . We went through drive through and grabbed a coffee, snack and bacon , and munchkins. We left and pulled out and my husband reaches in the bag to COLD food. I mean rock hard cold food. We went back and the manager Kayla took the food out of the bag and put it directly back into the oven . I confronted her at the window and said did you just take the snack and bacon and throw the big bag out into the garbage and reheat up the same food that you guys just made that we gave back to you with no gloves on and she said yes, and I also put in two pieces because there was not eight pieces in there. Absolutely disgusting! And the fact that you’re gonna reheat bacon up that you just put out the window literally it went out the window back into the window back out the window. ?. Our dunkin over at skyway we called to get some info on what we do and not only did they tell us the rules and regulations but they made good with THERE MESSUP! I heard disgusting stories about this place but never witnessed it ! Horrible customer service! You should of just made fresh food.! Or atleast from messing up you could of made a new one that was fresh . Not take a rock hard cold one and put it back into the oven . And this manager is teaching this crew! Unbelievable ! The stars given in this review matches the managers care she gave !!!!!!!!!! VERY BAD SERVICE !!!!
