Without a doubt the best ice cream place in the North Country. Awesome choices of flavors and toppings. The grounds are meticulously keep and clean and the owners and staff are top notch. Locals know how good it is, if you’re from out of town you need to try them.

Stopped over from Vermont for a visit and treat. I had my go-to vanilla chocolate dip in a cone (yum) but my boyfriend had The Banker, a scrumptious sundae with caramel and apple cider donuts. I stole some (obviously) and highly recommend! Harrigan's is a cute, well-run shop, with great ice cream and lovely owners (even if they do call their ice cream "soft serve" instead of creemees ?)

Best Soft Serve in Plattsburgh! It is an annual trip while camping. Harrigans is affordable and everything is so delicious with generous servings. Dont miss this place! Ample parking and great seating area. Pictured is The Myth and The Banker.

I recently tried one of their weekly specials ice creams they have. It was soft serve coffee. I'm not a big coffee ice cream guy but this was hands down the best coffee ice cream I've ever had. Their other flavors are also top notch and one of the only places in the area that have black raspberry all the time. I do travel around and try different places but Harrigans is definitely the best. I've never had a bad experience there.
