KFC offers a diverse menu with both hits and misses. The extra crispy chicken may be inedible, but the meat is satisfactory once you get past that. The mashed potatoes and gravy are soupy, but the coleslaw and biscuit are praised as great and amazing, respectively. The crunchy chicken sandwich is fresh, hot, and deliciously crunchy, with a nice amount of mayo. The staff is professional, and the 8-piece basket menu and apple turnovers are consistently delicious. The dining area is overall pretty clean. The spicy chicken sandwich meal is fire and a good go-to, and the famous bowl is always really good. The biscuits with honey are amazing. The food is on the saltier side and can be expensive, and the side portions are very small for the price. The service tends to vary, with staff who are either very friendly or a bit rushed, and the location often appears to be very short staffed.
