However not a single resident works there, and, as a resident, when I asked director about working in kitchen, was told "maybe if we get to a point where we are really hurting I'll keep you in mind" and did not offer me an application.

Chef Matt makes great meals, sandwhiches and has been a great addition to the MHAB kitchen! You get good sandwhiches, soups, meals and salads at a good price! They also cater in house functions at the MHAB conference center and will also cater your event off site.

A few summers ago, I set myself the goal of trying every deli in the area to declare a winner. Well, it’s been awhile, but I’m finally ready to crown a victor, a surprising new entrant to the competition: MHAB Fresh! A fellow foodie told me about it, and I’ve now had two wonderful sandwiches there!
The first was a roast beef and provolone with onions, greens, and housemade pepper relish on this amazing ciabatta. And today’s was turkey (roasted in house), ham, and salami with fresh mozzarella, marinated onions, banana peppers, lettuce, and tomato on a chewy sub roll. Just excellent! And modestly priced at $5.49 for a sizeable sandwich.
They are open 10-5 on weekdays, they have three special sandwiches a day (get on their email list for notifications), and you can order ahead online for quick pickup. They are located on the base at the site of Clinton’s old dorms. YOU ARE WELCOME!

This store has a violent woman hater as a manager. Mike physically assaulted me in the store recently. He told me I was a piece of **** just like the rest of them. (Meaning all women) He then told me I was banned from the store. I live at mhab and that store is how I get food. I have medical issues that make it almost impossible for me to get to another store. I told the mhab property manager what happened and nothing has been done. I haven't been able to get anything to eat all day and the store closes for the weekend soon. Because of this violent man, I will be going without food for the weekend. I give this place, with Mike as manager, 1 star. It's heartbreaking to see someone so full of hate for an entire gender. The store itself is great. The food is delicious and affordable. I love shopping there and the selection is wonderful. If the store didn't have the woman hating manager Mike, I would be giving it 5 stars.
