Mhab fresh claims to hire residents in recovery. It is listed a selling point for both the store and life campus. However not a single resident works there, and, as a resident, when I asked director about working in kitchen, was told "maybe if we get to a point where we are really hurting I'll keep you in mind" and did not offer me an application.

Chef Matt makes great meals, sandwhiches and has been a great addition to the MHAB kitchen! You get good sandwhiches, soups, meals and salads at a good price! They also cater in house functions at the MHAB conference center and will also cater your event off site.

I stopped in and tried a soup and sandwich, and OMG it was the best soup I've ever had. Everything was delicious and fresh . I highly recommend stopping in and trying it for yourself. Very reasonably priced!!

This store has a violent woman hater as a manager. Mike physically assaulted me in the store recently. He told me I was a piece of **** just like the rest of them. (Meaning all women) He then told me I was banned from the store. I live at mhab and that store is how I get food. I have medical issues that make it almost impossible for me to get to another store. I told the mhab property manager what happened and nothing has been done. I haven't been able to get anything to eat all day and the store closes for the weekend soon. Because of this violent man, I will be going without food for the weekend. I give this place, with Mike as manager, 1 star. It's heartbreaking to see someone so full of hate for an entire gender. The store itself is great. The food is delicious and affordable. I love shopping there and the selection is wonderful. If the store didn't have the woman hating manager Mike, I would be giving it 5 stars.

I eat here almost everyday! They have a great chef and fresh made sandwiches made daily. You can even get put on a mailing list to get emails daily of the menu. Love Love Love it here. You must try everything, I'm in love with Trevor's Buffalo Mac and Cheese.......

MHAB fresh is a great option for lunch to go! Soups and sandwiches are always delicious and ready on time for pick up. Trevor, Allie and Mike are very professional. All COVID precautions followed. Frances posts the menu every morning. Great prices. Give it a try!
