Love this bakery! I certainly would have a problem trying to decide what my favorite item would be from here! French pastries have been my go to confection, but honestly, since getting older I love their cheeecakes.

I've been ordering my birthday cake here for 20 years now and every year it's the best cake I've ever had. I treasure the care they put into it, one year I asked for a skateboard picture to be put on a cake and they went out of their way to make it happen. I adore them, It's worth the visit !

staff are nice. Hate the hours so I never can get there anyway. Wouldnt make a special request for me for an event-something simple enough but out of their comfort zone. true craftemen dont exist anymore. and their stuff, its all about sugar sugar sugar. so over powering its hard to enjoy. Old Man Rambachs teacake is damn good though I will always get that but the rest of it, might as well just pour sugar in your mouth. I also bought some kind of German Christmas cake at 20 dollars this year, small. the disappointment let me tell you. nobody eat it. got thrown out. I couldnt even eat it knowing what i piad for it. My advice is to pass on the special german christmas cake or whatever it was. breah with some fruit pieces in it, dry and hard.

Absolutely terrible service. I called a week ago to order pies for my office pot luck and they call me the day of the event to tell me that they won't be ready. I can, however, pick them up in a day or two. This bakery was run 100% better under former management. I can't believe they waited until the day I am supposed to pick up my order to tell me that it won't have it ready. Terrible.

They really need to start preparing more for their customer base its like the only people who can get what they want are the first few that are in the door, and the rest of us have to suffer because of their lack of. Then they just say oh well sorry we didn't make that yet or we don't have any. And this has been a good amount of times I come here. I do not have a vehicle so most times I travel there on foot. Not thinking I would have to call because it's a bakery. What kind of bakery doesn't keep their shelves stocked? Its as if they are afraid to make to much. God forbid. I'll change my rating when they change this cheap way of doing business with their customers

I parked in this parking lot at this bakery went across to the school came back 20 minutes later, got to my car grab my purse, was ready to go into the bakery. My daughter wanted to get some thing lady came out yelling and screaming her head off at me that I could not park there and blah blah blah and I told her I'm like ma'am I'm grabbing my purse out of my car we were just heading in to buy stuff and stuff and she threw a fit. Told me oh come on and come on in so I told her no I will go spend my money elsewhere. I am not going to be treated like that. This is the worst place that I have ever seen and Plattsburgh very rude.

Oh my yum! If you haven't had any delectables from here, you definitely should. The yum yums, the radios, all the cookies, and, especially, the tea cake. Oh the tea cake. Everything is delicious, the only time I have ever been disappointed is when I couldn't get what I wanted because it was sold out. 15/10 would recommend to everyone!!

Tea cake is to die for, and now they have a maple version, oh my God. It's as good now as it was 30 years ago. But get there early it goes fast.
Went to buy a special treat for my husband's 65th birthday and I bought a couple of other goodies to try. Simply delicious!
