Went to Sam’s club today, line to get out of the store all the way to the bakery. My boyfriend walked ahead and didn’t see the Ralph the check out person and I heard him say to another customer “he probably steals all of the time” of course I asked to speak to the manager and Ralph wouldn’t give me the name just pointed and I had to go find someone. Meanwhile I am trying to let her know the I professionalism and accusation I experienced while assuring her we had our reciept and checked out with a cashier Ralph decides to eves drop. The woman who may have been a supervisor assured us she would take care of it. I said have a nice day to Ralph and he responds with “f*** you B**tch” throws off his pirate hat (it was Halloween) and walked out of the store. You know what, maybe it was our mistake but having a line to the back of the store to get out is an inconvenience to members. How could a store associate speak to a customer like this. I am currently working on reaching someone at corporate.

Brought my Ford Escape in for new tires. Two weeks later I brought my car to my dealership ( Riley Ford) for an oil change and they rotated the tires the dealership said I had to replace all twenty lug nuts as the technicians ruined mine during the tire installation. Paid $105.00 for new lugs nuts. I returned to Sams club with the note from my dealership and spoke to an assistant manager about the issue. I was told Fords are known for that and we did nothing wrong it’s a known issue that happens. I feel at a minimum they should tell you that if you have a Ford vehicle chances are you will need to go to your dealer for replacement lug nuts.. Save yourself a trip and do not get your tires from Sams if you own a Ford!

The rules at this store change every day. Last time I went shopping here they asked me if I wanted to use my reward points to take money off from my purchase and I declined in order to use the saved points at a later date on the shared account that my wife and I share. Today I did my shopping as I usually do and at checkout I wanted to use my saved points to take money off from my final total. They told me that because my wife is the "primary card holder" that I couldn't use my points. Wasted an hour of my time shopping. Needed to use those points this shopping trip due to tight times for christmas. Guess I will have to stretch things this week. Thanks a lot Sams club and Merry Christmas to you and yours.

They charged my debit card twice for a purchase. When I called about it they told me I had to come in. I live over an hour away. I called twice to speak to the manager and was placed on hold in excess of 15 minutes before I gave up. Horrible customer service and apparently an indifferent manager.

Spent thousands in this store and when I go to pick up a couch I bought, they literally shoved the box out the door and shut the door. No help loading. Nothing. So rude.

Tired of buying salad mix to watch it spoil within a day, most of your fruit is rotten. Im very surprised you havnt been sued for food posioning yet. Think I'll not renew my membership and go to costco

Usually I enjoy Sam's club but right now I am very upset that they ran out of envelopes for the Christmas cards. We placed an order for a large amount of cards, and when we picked them up they had no envelopes. They told us to go back a few days later, still no envelopes. We have been checking every day and they have not received them yet. What makes this worse is that when we speak to a sales person, they don't seem to care at all; we hear replies such as, "Just buy them somewhere else" or "Sorry...nothing I can do about it". Obviously the cards should have been mailed out already, but we can't even find out when they will receive the envelopes.
