The BEST curry that I've ever tried. I had the Massaman curry, which is a peanut sauce curry. I've never heard of a peanut sauce curry (the co-owner, Will, said his wife came up with it) but now it's pretty much the only curry flavor I want. The staff and owners are so incredibly sweet and the atmosphere is casual and laid-back. Everything was very clean. I look forward to coming back every time I'm in the Champlain area!!Vegetarian options: Tofu, veggies onlyDietary restrictions: Gluten free
