This location limits drinks on all delivery services. Non of the popular hot drinks are listed, so you have to go through and build your drink… which turns out to make the drink three dollars more expensive than the in store ordering. I’ve used the delivery services at multiple other Starbucks location, and have not had this issue.

One of the girls behind the drive through attendent dropped a whole bucket of tea on her by accident. It was a total mess and absolutely hilarious 😂

This Starbucks only prioritizes mobile and drive through customers. They make in person customers wait an unfair amount while mobile order drinks stack up and 5 people inside wait for drinks.

Corporate food is as it do. You dont come to commercial coffee places for food. Its an in and out place. There are seats but everyone is in and out to where they are going. I dont know what some of the other posts are on but the staff here are friendly to the point gratuitous but ready to own a mistake. Stop in and be nice to the staff and they will be nice to you

The location is just absolutely horrible. If the drive through gets more then 5in que it's a complete traffic jam, and of course you know what that means when you start driving around Karen's and Ken's Ina rush. Sure. Update it again for five points. Boy Google maps is dumb.

Timeline of events -
12:53pm order online. It's my first time mobile ordering, let's see how this goes. Oh weird, I can't just order as a guest and must open an account. Oh, I can't just pay with my card, I have to load a Starbucks card, that's dumb and means I will be loaning Starbucks whatever remaining balance is on the card interest-free. Well, this whole process seems shady, but I'm committed, let's see this through. I'll order for inside pickup, I hate drive-thrus

12:59 arrive at Starbucks to find the doors locked and a very long drive-thru line.

13:00 get back in my car to join the drive-thru, but I am trapped in the parking spot by the long line for a few minutes

13:06 Call the store to verify I should just go through the drive-thru. Ask about my order and whether it will even be hot, as the line looks to be about a 20-minute process. The person assures me that the line is going super fast and that my order will be hot.

13:26 OMG - exactly 20-minutes to get to the window, who could have seen this coming? And wouldn't you know it, my coffee is lukewarm.

13:33 Call the Starbucks helpline, as I shouldn't have to pay for a lukewarm drink. Get the amount refunded but to the freaking Starbucks card which means I now must use this dumb system again.

13:43 After 50 minutes of wasted time, I now have a Starbucks account I never wanted. A Starbucks card I never wanted, and no drinkable coffee. I would be more upset if this wasn't just hilarious in how badly the system failed in every way.

The world is baffling nonsense, Starbucks is a corrupt megacorp, and I strongly recommend if you're in the area find a local coffee shop that won't be just awful in every way.

I stupidly bought 2 plastic cups at a total cost of $70. The first time I made drinks, I picked one up, the cover came right off, and the drink went all over the place. I know how to put a lid on a cup. Flimsy plastic garbage. I will never buy anything from Starbucks again.

To the "managers/owner" PLEASE make it a good practice to teach your employees to make sure that people are served BEFORE laughing their head off behind the counter. This is unacceptable. I've been waiting for a simple black coffee for 13 minutes now....and counting.
There is 5 persons behind the counter...and still no coffee. Three of them looked me right in the eyes....and still no reflex. I know they all have their role...but come on...the store is empty. Woke people can't work.

This establishment is a must-visit! The dining room is not only modern and spotless but also fully wheelchair-accessible, making it convenient for everyone. While the drive-thru was bustling, the dine-in area offered a calm and comfortable experience, with tables thoughtfully spaced to ensure privacy and ease of movement. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the staff are exceptionally friendly, making you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. We received our order quickly, and everything was prepared perfectly, especially the drinks, which were spot-on. The place is well-maintained, reflecting the care and attention put into every detail. Whether you're grabbing a quick bite or sitting down for a meal, this spot is definitely worth a visit!
