Staff was very rude and rang in my order wrong and charged me more than what it normally cost. (I get the same thing every time I go to any subway.) They were extremely unprofessional and disrespectful when I mentioned it to them. They were laughing at me when I walked out after paying. So disappointed.

Brendan makes my sandwich just about every time I come into this subway. There is usually a multiple customers at a time when he is the only one in the front, he handles the pressure professionally and his customer service is always on point! Very nice young man, you guys should be proud to have him as one of your employees!

Ordered online, picked up at store. Bag had my name on it, took it back to work.But the order was incorrect. Not very happy and the smallest sandwich I've ever had at a subway. Not happy. If I decide to ever return, I'll not order on line again. There are a lot better options in the area.

On my way back from Montreal I took a lunch break at this Subway. My first impression of this subway was clean and well organized.Staff was very helpful and kind in nature. They made perfect sandwich the way I wanted and we loved it.Store is right off I87 either North or South bound.

Cookie was as good as meatball marinara on ultimate garlic breadJust went last night at 920. Service was very rude, comparatively. 40 minutes before closing and they were very inconvenienced ??

Out of the many subways I've gone to, this one in particular is the best. It's always clean and tidy. The employees have been friendly, accommodating and concise - which is a refreshing change of pace. The manager is about the same, very friendly and efficient. It often gets busy here due to the above reasons and the staff works as a team and the wait is never a problem.
