Terrible place to go, The evening staff are terrible people with terrible words to the customers. When we asked to talk to the manager, they told us they were not available, So we asked who their manager was and some contact information and neither one of them knew,so they claimed… would not recommend this place

I haven't gone to a Subway in a while because of the high price for just a basic sub. Today decided I'll give it a try again. And Subway is off my list for life, this particular location, was a horrible experience. First I wondered why their meat section was blocked off from customer view by a aluminum sarcophagus. That was because they were putting very little very thin slices of meat on the subs. A foot long sub had barely enough ham to make half a ham sandwich. The preparer then overloaded the sub with iceberg lettuce and very little dressing. Basically it was a gross dry iceberg lettuce sandwich. IT WAS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING AND MOST OF IT WENT IN THE GARBAGE! $28.59 for three sub par sandwiches is criminal. If you're even considering going there. Just don't. Go buy your own rolls, meat and veggies. Make your own. You'll be much happier and stretch your money further. Subway is beyond a rip off!

I ordered the new cheese steak sub with the cheese sauce. I wasn't informed that they were out of the sauce until AFTER my sub was made. Sandwich was smashed being wrapped up, and the employees appeared very unprofessional. Usually they're better here.

I placed an order at 1:59 pm online and they denied they have not received. I waited for 45 minutes but staff told me that we don’t have an order. Then I go to McDonald’s and buy the meal and At 4:15 PM they call me that you can come and grab your order. Now they want me to drive to store and take the order which I have order at 1:59. The didn’t even refund my money. Please be careful while ordering online at this store. Service is poor. I feel so disrespectful for the order which I have paid and she was keep telling that they have not received. I also provided the order number and requested to restart the system but she denied she can’t do that. So I just left’s the store.

I walked in one of the ham and cheese sub with bacon on it and a few other amenities next thing you know the individual behind the counter decides to tell me and my girlfriend that they didn't have any meatballs already made you mean to tell me that nobody ordered a meatball sub today well at the same time she was rude and laughed about it condescending and honestly I don't think I'm going to give Subway my business again
Placed an order online the employee working confirmed my order that it was ready to pick up at 12:20 so she didn't get in trouble for getting the order completed late so when I arrived to pick up my sub because she confirmed it completed and ready to be picked up it wasn't even done it was sitting out on the back counter in front of the toaster where it sat for another 10 minutes before I could not wait any longer for it to be completed then tried to get a refund in which she gave me attitude for
